Doncaster Rovers yesterday signed Sheffield Wednesday captain Rob Jones
Jones has signed a 2 year deal at the Keepmoat. He captained Sheffield Wednesday last season and helped them achieve promotion into the Championship.
The central defender made his Rovers debut last night at home against Hull City. It was Jones that scored Hull’s goal in the 8th minute but, after a shaky start, he played well and fitted into the Rovers line up neatly.
